This is a mostly original holy grail 1969 Fender Stratocaster Maple Cap. These were sported by none other than Jimi Hendrix and remain one of the most challenging guitars to locate throughout the world. At anytime, there will only be a few available. This one has some honest wear but no serious damage.
Condition Notes:
Neck/Headstock: Non-original tuners. Filled in screw holes from previous tuners. Tiny dings throughout headstock. Dings and impressions along neck. Tiny chip in nut. Play wear along neck edges.
Body: Non-original pickguard and tremolo arm. Buckle rash. Scratches, dings, finish wear, finish checking, and finish chips throughout. Tarnish on hardware. Chips in back plate.
Previously rewired with a mini-switch. Wiring has been returned to stock.
