The Martin D-18DC David Crosby Signature is a stunning and rare guitar, built in 2002 to the personal specifications of legendary musician and lifelong Martin enthusiast David Crosby. Based on the classic D-18, this limited-edition model takes it to another level—only 250 were made, and this is #24.
Crafted with a straight-grained Engelmann Spruce top and rare Quilted Mahogany back and sides, it also features a Genuine Mahogany neck with a modified V profile. Unique touches include an abalone inlay of David's "Wooden Ships" on the headstock and his signature in abalone at the 19th fret. Engelmann Spruce, known for its superior tonal quality and resemblance to vintage instruments, offers a brighter, more refined sound compared to Sitka Spruce.
