It is equipped with a rosewood fretboard with 22 authentic medium jumbo frets and split diamond cellulose nitrate inlays that are one of the visual hallmarks of the Trini Lopez Standard. The diamond theme continues with the f-holes on the body, which are also diamond-shaped, as well as the single diamond trapeze tailpiece with Trini Lopez insert. The six-on-a-side headstock is often referred to as a Non-Reverse Firebird headstock.
