The RG3XXV 25th Anniversary is an RG series solid body electric guitar model offered by Ibanez in 2012. It was produced to mark the twenty-fifth anniversary of the RG line and as a tribute to the original 1991 RG565.

The RG3XXV features a basswood body bolted to a maple Wizard III neck with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with color matched dot position markers. Components include DiMarzio pickups with a D Activator humbucker mounted in a pickup ring at the bridge and a rails style Air Norton S single-coil sized humbucker direct mounted at the neck and an Edge II double locking tremolo bridge with a removable ZPS tuning stabilizer.

The RG3XXV was produced only in 2012.
