Parker Guitars began in 1993 as the vision of pioneering luthier, Ken Parker. Their P-Series guitars were introduced in the late 90s/early 2000s with the P38, P40, and P44 - providing the signature capabilities of the high-end guitars, including unmatched tone and versatility, at a more affordable price point.

The Parker P-44 Electric/Acoustic is a must have for any serious musician looking for versatility. Twin pickups supply plenty of dirt and the ability to coil-tap these humbuckers gives you both single- and double-coil tones. Beneath the tremolo bridge is a Fishman piezo saddle pickup that is enhanced with a Custom Fishman stereo preamp to give you a realistic acoustic voice.

Parker sold his company to US Music in 2003, and production eventually moved from Illinois to Korea. In 2009, the company was sold again and ultimately discontinued in 2016.
