The fusion of contemporary progressive musicianship, .strandberg* design, and historic lines
Plini was an early adopter of the Sälen model as he was intrigued by its shape and lines from its very inception. Even so, Plini needs a specialized instrument to perform his music and so came about the birth of the Sälen NX 6 Tremolo Plini Edition. The chambered Mahogany body and Mahogany neck with Ebonol fretboard with its deep and warm sound remain similar to the Boden Plini sister models, but the HS pickups configuration with Suhr SSH+/Classic T pickups offer an alternative approach to sound sculpting with middle- and neck position sounds infused with additional snap and clarity. The .strandberg* Sälen NX 6 Plini Edition is the perfect instrument for demanding players looking for timeless elegance, unobstructed tremolo action, and sounds from searing leads to vintage cleans.
